Spirit Express
As part of our Ministry with Teens program, we strive to deliver a program that shares values of faith and community in the relationships our teens have with each other and with the church. In that, we welcome any young people of any faith into our program.

Holy Yoga
Classes will begin with breathing exercises and Christian meditation, will move through a flow section, and then move into a time of deeper stretching, ending with relaxation and meditation. A great midweek class to open up those tight shoulders and hips!

Heart 'N' Hands Together
If you like to knit or crochet, join us on Tuesdays 1:00-3:00 pm in the Lawson Room. Next dates are October 25 and every Tuesday in November. We make articles of clothing for Davenport-Perth Centre for Distribution on White Gift Sunday. All TEMC members and friends are welcome. Bring your current project and enjoy the camaraderie!
